What do you charge to sell a home?
Our listing fee is 2.5% and includes staging, photography, film and marketing. There are no upfront costs.
Do I pay anything as a buyer?
In most Austin sales the seller covers buyer agent compensation. We explain every option in writing before you sign anything.
How long does it take to sell?
Well priced homes in our neighborhoods typically go under contract in 10 to 21 days.
Can you manage a rental I already own?
Yes. Management is 8% of monthly rent with a one-time leasing fee. Ben will walk you through the numbers.
